Photoshop Tutorial: Making Glowing Road Lines like Calop on Instagram

In this tutorial video, will create how to create glowing road lines effect in Photoshop, just like what Calop (Calob Castellon) usually do in his popular Instagram account. If you don't know him yet, you can check his gallery on Instagram here. His work typically consists on glowing neon effects here and there blended nicely with casual, daily life photography.

• Create glowing neon effects to the road lines, and you can change the color too anytime easily.
• Applying and painting light reflection effects on a surface.
• Create simple shadow with Photoshop Brush tool.
