We will create these magical fire effects, perhaps inspired by some of Marvel's Avenger Wanda Maximoff iconic magical skills. You can also use your own image but make sure you wear dark cloth in the photo since this technique works nicer on a darker background.
The most important requirement is, your Photoshop version needs to be at least Photoshop CC 2014 as this tutorial will heavily use a Flame filter that available since that version. Your computer will also need a dedicated graphics card that has at least 512 MB of VRAM in order for this Flame filter to works. For today's standard, most computers can comply with this requirement.
